I am decorating for Valentine's Day!!! I'm not the mushy romantic type, but I do LOVE pink and red, so I figure if I start now, I can enjoy for a bit longer. I'm not all that impressed w/ the decorations I have seen so far in stores. I made this wreath and I LOVE it! It looks soooo much prettier in person. I got the idea from
this amazing website-love all of their ideas! I only wish I had a pretty black door to make my wreath really POP! Oh well. I am going to make one for my mom and grandma for V-day gifts. In case your wondering, I was able to get this done while Brett was napping (I hate to call in napping since it lasted all of about an hour. I wish my kid liked to nap-mommy would really like it!!!)
I found the wooden hearts( they have a bunch of different styles) at Jo-Anns, drilled a hole and viola...I bought enough to hand on all of my doors. The felt heart(sorry for the craptastic pic) I also found at Jo-Anns...I thought it was really cute! It hangs on my front door.
Next up is my mantle. I scored at Big Lots (or as I affectionately call it-Pick N Shit) and TJ Maxx and found some apothecary jars. I want to put something in them, just now sure what. Any ideas? I will try to take pics to show you!

Hi, Got your question. The glue should really hold it in. If the fabric is falling out then I would reattach them and make sure you have enough glue. You could even use hot glue for small one or two piece fixes and it dries faster. Hope this helps!
I just redid my mantel for Valentines. I found everything at TJ Maxx and Michael's. www.hairrfamily.blogspot.com. Hopefully you get some ideas!
